If you take a drive south of Las Vegas about +/- 45 minutes to Boulder, Nevada (Home of the historic Hoover Dam on the Colorado River) is the location of the Nevada Southern Railroad Museum. Check their website. They have an passenger train that runs from Boulder to Railroad Pass and back. This is part of the railroad line that served the construction efforts of the Hoover Dam.
