Detours? Not likely. if I-80 isn't closed the railroad won't be either. And it's not. Even if the fire does reach the railroad, UP would just shut things down until inspection and repair crews are done. Highly unlikely that a wildfire would interrupt things long enough or cause enough damage (barring loss of major bridges) to require long-term detours.
