The Rumsey 1915 map does show some SP branches from Daly City up Junipero Serra to near Ocean Ave., and over to Lake Merced. Not clear what they were for.

The dashed line around Lake Merced then along an extension of Ocean Ave. (Eucalyptus Ave. now follows some of that line) and through what's now the Zoo to 47th Ave. was a proposed Ocean Shore branch that never happened.

The line that shoots out to the coast is, of course, the Ocean Shore.
