I really wonder about Microsoft. I got a new HP lap top and found out you have to buy "Office" to open some mail I was starting to get.

I went to the MS site and ordered the program. They took my money right out of the account, no program. I have sent them over 4 e-mails and no answer. I have called countless phone numbers they refer you to a phone tree where you can't understand them and are put on hold for over an hour and then are disconnected.

I now have to contact my credit card company, get the charge reversed, I hope, and will send a letter to the State Attorney General about their taking peoples money and not providing the product.

I didn't know before but MS has no complaint dept. There is no number or e-mail site to contact a live person that can speak English. They are not members of the BBB. The BBB gives them a zero rating.

Anybody out there know a way to talk to a live person in MS???
