There's no excuse for being 20 minutes late, but if the train can (on most days) meet it's scheduled time, a time that has all of the trains full and therefore [mostly] satisified customers, then it cannot be considered an embarrassment or failure. Sure, it could carry tens of thousands of more patrons if we spent more money on it, but...


I'm not going to even consider disagreeing about Fresno. "Boondoggle" will suffice.
