The Rock Island trains would be arriving or departing LaSalle Street Station, not Dearborn. LaSalle is still in operation, hosting METRA Rock Island Line trains to Joliet and Blue Island.

The Monon train in the final photo is, most likely, the remnant of the "Thoroughbred", which operated between Chicago and Louisville. Its last run was in 1967.

The Wabash Orland Park local became a Norfolk & Western train after the 1964 merger, and survived to be taken up by METRA. This is now METRA's Southwest Corridor to Manhattan.
