Been thinking just how this could play out...UP owns the track, bridges and facilities (except for the P&W shop in Albany) and P&W operates on a lease...the line has not been abandoned or embargoed (so far as I know) and according to the terms of the lease UP COULD require the bridge to be rebuilt in order to return the property in the same or better condition as when they took over the line.

Stranger things have gone on in Omaha!
