As someone who has worked with the public for over 20 years, I can verify that there are times where the only option is to remove, or have someone removed, from your establishment. Whether that was warranted in this case...who knows. I wasn't there. My problem isn't with the women being removed from the train, but rather with a representative of the company posting information about the incident in a public forum. Whenever I have someone removed from my business, the last thing I want is to make a public spectacle of it. I hope whomever posted the incident on the company's page is fired and held accountable. It would be a shame that Napa Valley Wine train, as a whole, is held accountable for the actions of one or two people. It will be interesting to see how the NVWT proceeds, and what information (if any) comes to light in this case.
