It is being built on basically the back side of Big Creek lumber stretching all the way to the slough. Right next to the freeway. There is a large Granite Construction water tank on one end and looks like most of the grading work has been done. There is also a TTX flat car being used as a bridge to span the drainage area. From what I heard earlier there is going to be a permanent bridge built there to allow access to both parts of the property. I thought it was another large housing development until being told earlier today that it will be a new FedEx facility. Not sure if it is ground or express. Hope it creates more rail traffic. :)
