Future Excursions?

Since the owners of the rail line are allowing passenger trains is it possible that Key Holidays, GGRM, NCRY, SMART or some other organization could sponsor weekend excursions in the future to raise money for one of the rail museums?
Maybe they could use the SMART DMU's to reduce costs and operate on a more convenient weekend schedule for people in the Bay Area. Leave from Novato, Petaluma, or Santa Rosa where parking and connections to GG transit available, have photo runby, stop at wineries possibly have lunch and dinner trains if proper cars available.
