My guess would be about the same time period (late 1950's to early 1960's) as the Williams Junction to Crookton relocation. Similar time period for reroute from Paulden to Skull Valley which left Prescott at the end of a branch. I found links for some of the above (not addressing your original post), though I do not have time to read completely through till later. Interesting reading though. The old RR r-o-w's can be traced easily on google maps.
