Kinda makes me wonder just WHO is in charge at NCRA ??? All those plastic marker posts along the right of way should have been a clue. Or maybe the wooden or even concrete markers in the case of AT&T.
Right of Way uses by utilities have been the saving grace of many abandoned railroads, such as Milwaukee Road Lines West, where I have seen markers for phone, gas & petroleum, and power lines while riding my bicycle on the John Wayne Iron Horse Trail.
