That is very theoretical of how it going to rain, however I have live through the storm of 86 in which the rain came down so hard and so fast it fill lake Sonoma inside of a week and a half rather than the two years planed. Things get slippery, just the fact of working can get dangerous if the wind kick in, that and trying to build forms and pore concrete then can be a challenge. Most likely they will call a halt to the job that day and add on to the build schedule. So with that it will jack up the overall building cost.
