Illegal? Probably not. Ethical, definetly not. There seems to be no doubt that these two Marin appointees are not on the Board with the interest of returning rail to the North Bay. I have no problem voicing opposition to an issue, but to do so covertly, behind closed doors and undermining the Board you have pledged to serve is despicable and they should be ashamed.

The Marinites will use all the power and any tactic to scuttle freight, and probably Passenger rail. Very short sighted in my opinion.
