"undermining the Board you have pledged to serve"? The only oath they take is to the constitution.

"undermining the Board you have pledged to serve"? The only oath they take is to the constitution. They are there to represent the interests of the Marin Board of Supervisors related to the NCRA. They are not there to defend freight rail to the death no matter what.

And what is so covert about communicating using e-mail, or having a different opinion than the rest of the board?
