Here in LA they actually say it's 1000 years event and after seeing the rain come down Carson yesterday, I would say yes. You need addition to that to answer your question,unfortunately the news media did not cover the rail line at all, only hwy 58 and the realign you could see some trains moving in the background on the south main. TO's did have some pic's.
