Starlate grade crossing accident - more data

#11 arrived in Chico (the stop before the accident location) 3h37m late. Arrived in Sacramento (next stop after the accident location) 7h28m late. If a new crew came out of Sacraemento the location was probably about 20-30 minutes outside of town. Net delay based on station times before/after 3h49m. Train was expected to be 7:15 late at San Jose. [tickets.amtrak.com]

Location is very close to the border between Sacramento and Yuba Counties.

CHP log at the time said to come in from the east due to ag equipment blocking the road to the west. CHP log also mentioned diesel spill but did not state whether that was from the truck or the train; since they didn't ask for an OES number right away the spill if any was small.
