Monday the 26th I saw that the crews working between Dupont Yard and Mounts Road have now bundled the orange cable into what looked like 7 or more cables. Looked liked bundles were tie wrapped and duct taped. The bundles look like they will fit inside the gray pipe.

Tuesday I saw small stacks of new wood ties along the right of way in three spots. Maybe more but couldn’t see them.

I am surprised they putting in new ties if this track is going to be rebuilt; however I’ve seen a few spots that the ties look like they are broken in half and sticking up
