There are no problems with using the BNSF-Metrolink-Coaster trackage for the scheduled 3751 trip to San Diego. Upgrades and maintenance are being done at a number of locations in April and May and have nothing to do with the 3751 trip. They were part of a series of scheduled maintenance "blitz's" scheduled to implement crossovers, under track pedestrian passages, and bridge upgrades that need to occur as part of the OC service improvements, or ongoing maintenance.
