Thanks all for the updates, even though the news is less than good.

If service truly has deteriorated since Stan left, I wonder whether WADOT will take any action against WIR for breach of contract, or some such? It seems they suspended EWG's contract in the early years of their operation for failure to perform. In that case, EWG took action to remedy the problems and has long ago returned to WADOT's good graces.
