To be fair, some of the Press (especially TV) did make it sound like another "bomb train" thing, and did say that one rail car was damaged and leaking (though NBC did mention that they were "hot asphalt" cars not Bakken). The story I saw (linked in latimes.com) did seem to say that the truck did the hitting, but had little detail beyond that. It was obviously a developing story, so the TV stuff was of the early breathless variety that is usually light on actual facts if indeed it has any.
