So you are saying he is a great guy and although he caused the train wreak that caused so much damage, injuries and death, he shouldn't have to pay the price...It shows how our legal system needs some very sharp up grades....What should happen is if the DA can't take any action, then they should replace Mr. Ramirea and go to jail in his place.
