It's not a mobile unit, but the GPS maps that are used in current Mazda products (2015 forward) tend to show most railroad lines when I've been driving. My Garmin 2457LMT shows some railroad lines, but not to the same detail, and they tend to blend into the background in many views. However, the Garmin database for points of interest do include most Amtrak stations in ground transportation which is nice.
