Nor should it. BTW, in the SF Bay Area,a USPS employee boards BART in Fremont w/ sacks of Priority Mail ona hand truck riding to the Oakland West station wher he gets off to be trucked the 3 blocks to the main Post Office. This hasbeen the case for a couple of decades with full BART approval/cooperation. Certainly more efficient than driving 35+ miles in rush hour traffic on the freeway.
