Many if not most airline flights with any segment in the mid-Atlantic are truncated, delayed, or cancelled too. They're not government operations. Of course, it's been said that an inch of snow brings DC to a halt - they don't know how to deal with it - so a storm like the present one will certainly do a number. Suspect not many buses will be going through either, and trucks will just park and wait it out.
