Those of you who can read will notice these are trains run over host railroads.
Amtrak for it's part has said it will be operating but more in free-mo style due to aged infrastructure in the Corridor.
So let's be clear about who is not motivated.
Storm is further south and more ice problems in areas not equipped to handle it. No point in running trains if you crews can't get to them. No power mean no morning coffee, etc, etc.
