They are off of Lombard and Time Oil rd. Turn right off of Lombard across from the entrance to NWC, go down the hill and stay to your left. Go past PCR [container yard] and you will cross the inbound lead. However...please note that you are on a private street. If there is something you want to take a picture of, stay in your car!! Cameras all around and security will run you off.!! Nothing there now to speak of. I got some great shots of the MRL units thru the fence until I was spotted by a camera. I was hiding behind a port-a-potty, and they had still seen me.
