Did you include the Burbank Airport turns? And, did you remember multiply by two, for both directions?

Ninety sounds a little high, as of today. I got 62 passenger trains, including the Starlate, and then would add the handful of locals, turns, oil, and other freights, so it's not that far off.

This is probably within the range we used a few years ago for future year planning on this segment of LOSSAN. Expanded peak and midday ML service turns to Chatsworth (upon completion of the double track through the SF Valley), added Ventura County ML service peak and midday (if they can ever pay for it?), and the proposed Daylight, and 2 additional LOSSANS (1 to Goleta and 1 to SLO) were included in that "out year" (2025...???) assumption, if I recall correctly.
