The CMO stated if and when the hospital move occurs that it will most likely be in the wee hours of the morning to avoid interfering with other rail ops and to decrease the amount of foaming from the railfan community :) Be thankful if the GGRM and Santa Cruz can come to an agreement, there will be plenty of time for OPS in the future.
