Woman found blaring the horn of an idling freight train may have been 'killing time'

A woman may have tried to drive off in a freight train in Victorville last weekend, authorities say, but not without letting her presence be known to area residents.
The piercing echo of the train’s horn drew complaints after it went on for more than 10 minutes about 2 a.m. Sunday in the 16800 block of D Street, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department in Victorville.
