When I was in the BN Hoyt Street yard in Portland back in 1987 I went up into the cab of about five BN SD40-2s and blew the horn in each locomotive so I can record it on my tape recorder.Two BN cops came up to me and told me to leave the yard. That's all what happened. Thoes BN engines had A great sounding horn on them.
