Somebody didn't lock at least one cab door....did they?

I have numerous times seen only the "controlling" unit locked, like when you've tied up for beans and have left the consist running, and you can "Blow da whistle" from any of them.......

It made the news so somebody is going to get chewed out. That's at least 45 dummies worth of chewing, I'd say...?

Maybe she really was just channeling Carl after all? Or maybe she was off, rather than on, her medications? Since no drugs or alcohol were purportedly detected......
