Not an FRA mandate, but a result of the FRA mandate. GE found out that by using the using the Nathan K5HL horn and turning it backwards, the sound reflects off the raised radiator in the back, meets the FRA decibel requirement, and also provides MUCH needed noise reductions for the crews!
