And what were "those three" "found technically guilty of conspiracy"?
They were NOT found guilty of conspiring to kill off streetcars.
They were NOT found guilty of conspiring to monopolize transit.
They were NOT found guilty of conspiring to end transit.
They WERE found guilty of conspiring to monopolize the sale of ONLY General Motors buses to the NCL affiliated companies, thus pushing out Kenworth and Mack (among others) of the bus business. The result was that GM had to enter into a decree with the Department of Justice to assist Flxible to ensure there was competition in the new transit bus industry.
But, of course, that doesn't make for a good Disney animated feature... "Mommy, big bad MegaGlobalBus company won't buy Sally's bus and she might have to only make trucks!"
