Inland Northwest Rail Museum Grand Opening Today

Yesterday's movement of historic equipment from the Spokane Fairgrounds to Cheney, WA, flew fairly low under the radar of most. Likewise today's grand opening of the Inland Northwest Railroad Museum outside Reardan, WA, (where that equipment is headed) is taking place with relatively little fanfare. Just caught a brief mention of it on the local KHQ (NBC affiliate in Spokane) news. Free admission today 1-5pm. For more info go here:

Hopefully this afternoon's forecast for moderate to high winds and tinder dry conditions don't put a smokey damper on this event.
