Csun honey: I work at csun and we used to have a microwave relay station up on Oat, in the SP building. The last time I was up there(2-3 yrs ago) UP was still in the building. The valley frequency for a scanner is 160.545. However, I have had problems recently with my scanner picking up clean transmission from UP. Maybe I need a new scanner. Radio Shack is not the best....
