NRe: WP car storage at Schellville - SMART is Extorting NWP

Hopefully everyone on this blog realizes that
the reason SMART went to the Feds is that they
are trying to extort funds from NWP, who is making some
fees for parking the rail cars in Schellville. SMART
has no right to the funds under its lease agreement
but they're looking for anyway to improve their finances.

That's why the Board went behind closed doors.
The safety issue was a total sham.
