Another question for you
What law says it's illegal to use a drone to shoot video over a rail yard that's in public view anyway?
Agencies are struggling to regulate drones. I believe the FAA or Homeland Security can set up no fly zones over events like the Super Bowl and Secret Service can keep drones away from the White House. Military can restrict flights over restricted bases like Area 51 but as long as a drone is not in a flight path and at a low altitude I think they can go anywhere else right now
