Why assume giving SMART notice was required? GCOR rule 1.27 forbids employees from divulging information regarding Bills of lading etc. Why would SMART go to KRON investigative reports before contacting NWP? Perhaps the SMART employees who filmed the drone video and gave it to KRON should spend a few days in jail after being terminated. Homeland security might be looking into this.
