Who Is This SMART Jerk?

Who is this jerk at SMART? It sounds like he couldn't switch a car load of perfume out of a train load of horse crap. He gets paid a lot of money just to sit around and TRY to run a tiny street car line that fails safety tests and really doesn't go anywhere. It should of at least gone to the ferry slip right out of the box but that's years away)

It is also my understanding the NWP is not allowed down the San Rafael line either for possible business expansion. True or false?

He has no business telling a freight road what they can and can not haul. It sounds to me that he wants to bust the NWP and then pick it up for nothing in order to add money to his non profit street car line.

Someone should take his ass out in back of a shed and show him how the cow ate the cabbage.
