Here is a You Tube LINK that a friend of mine sent me from the early 1950's in Oakland and Berkeley... The first scenes are Erich Thomsen's original 12-inch gauge line at Tilden Park known as "CRICKET" ... Then comes early days in Redwood Regional Park in Oakland at the original outdoor track of the Golden Gate Libe Steamers.

Then, and you'll really get excited here, comes SP 4-8-4's and ALCO PA's... And the old
West Oakland Roundhouse ...
