Just a year or two ago I used to regularly see 89' boxcars in Lewiston Idaho, at the Clearwater Paper (formerly Potlatch) paper mill where they were loaded with light paper products, mostly tissue paper and toilet tissue from what I'm told. Haven't seen any recently, and I'm wondering if that is because many are now getting to the 40 year old mark and being withdrawn from service.
