Yep, they moved UP/West Santa Ana "ECO" corridor (a really stupid name) project, which is the only corridor with significant planning done, with 90,000 plus projected ridership, and the second best performance cost benefit, back nearly 20 years on the list.... So the MTA could prioritize converting the Valley Busway (Zev's biggest mistake)to light rail at the cost of nearly 3 billion dollars, to add an estimated 15,000 riders.....to pander to "neglected" Valley voters, and pacify the LA dominated MTA Board.
