Reading Railroad #618
To CCT (#70); to Eureka Southern; to NCRR; to NWP, stranded due to embargo.

According to a post by Jeff Moore on Trainorders, #70 was scrapped in Eureka one year ago -- Fall of 2015. Question is, why did they scrap this one and not the others at Eureka?
