That would be the cherry on top of the sundae. The Limo Libs would push for seccesion in the namonly driving this state into the hole even further. Can you imagine this state surviving without any Federal funds (I can't). And if the state tried to reduce or end it's social programs to save the budget, there would be riots in every major city.
HSR is such a waste of money. Money that could of been better spent. On shovel ready projects. Or extending the San Joaquins to LA, the Capitol Corridor trains, Coast Line,and LOSSAN. So many other options than wasting money on a super train to nowhere.
