As a former IPH employee, I have to somewhat agree. The backbone of the company is largely the full time employees who have invested so much time into their individual railroad. If IPH cannot support their own long term staff now, they are shooting themselves in the leg for 2017.

Hopefully, there is a plan to use this time to develop freight more, as Joe suggests.
