What was the percent grade, EB and WB, on old track #1 over Donner Summit?

Did they operate it as an EB or a WB main, or was it bi-directional?

What was the posted speed, EB and WB on this track?

Here's the ultimate Youtube vid of the line from 1990. A WB is moving reeeeal slow (maybe 5 to 8 mph is my guess).
