There is nothing in that article that is bad news... all it's saying is that they are discussing moving ahead building the trail parallel to the tracks through Santa Cruz as planned. The completion of the county wide rail trail as soon as possible is the best way to nail Trail Now's coffin shut. Don't fall into Brian's misinformation campaign... there will be a trail, and it is being built now, and there will also be a railroad next to the trail.
