Dead wild critter near the railroad tracks? I doubt that not, but wild yarns about restraining orders, Sierra Club Oroville reroutes, and such strike me as being suspect.

If you find a puma in a cravice or a card carryin' Sierra Clubber Corridor Manager then today is your lucky day!
