THE NOTE ABOVE IS SPOT ON....

It has nothing to do with my hurt feelings, ego's or being a cry baby. When you lose a $500,000.00 project and a customer says "We had to select another contractor (even though you were the low bid and most qualified) because we got a letter with references from a poster on RYPN and our board just simply can not take a risk if this is true or not...." You learn to fight. Most want to call that being a cry baby or having hurt feelings (or baggage as mentioned above). When you employ 30 plus people all over the nation and your business is restoration and you lose a job because of false accusations and then being censored over it...YOU LEARN TO FIGHT AND PROTECT YOURSELF.

To date, $80,000.00 and counting on legal fees to bring people to justice and YES...it includes posters on RYPN!!!!!! Yes, I will pay to fight and defend my company, my name and my reputation and if you think that is Baggage....you don't get it and never will.
